Well maybe it is a time for some shift in of direction this thing. Maybe I should be a giver at this site. It seems to fit more, since I don't get anything from anyone here. I don't have it rigged so others can respond.
Well, here is a brief discussion about a supernatural moment last Thursday. Jayson came over for the B-study, which I was the only one there for. He preached and we discussed a little. Then Chris came in and we set out to do whatever God bid us. We went over by the bridge at the creek and stood on it. We praised God and prayed for each other, and testified what he was doing in our life. As we were doing this, we heard it rain; a nice steady rain. This was an amazement, because nothing got wet, and we only felt a couple of drops on ourselves. We take this as a sign that God was really there. I know that God is here, and I really seek to give him such sway in my life that there is not only revival in my life, but also on campus, a campus that is thirsty for God. I don't care if tongues, or if prophesy is present, or even if Satan sends his little rascals to try to stop us in nasty offensive ways. I just want God's people to be revived, and for those who are lost to be found. Tongues and prophecy are only tools to be used in the church and the work of Satan is only a desperate defense against the great work of God. "Will you not revive us again?” writes the psalmist (85). Oh the church is in such a heap of trouble. Yet, I see a longing and a great desire for something real. Many times, our generation has been offered water for their thirst that has not satisfied and was not real. But now the lost of this generation seek the Water that comes from God. May His power overflow and his glory truly fill the Earth as the holy ones in heaven proclaim it. May the heavens overflow with the Great Power of the Lord God Almighty. Let the Rushing Winds come forth, and let the Tongues of Fire come. Let the people of God, the Saints be truly filled with the Word of God, The Holy Spirit, the Breath of God, and let them preach boldly to the generations here, to the generations past, and to the generations to come. Even I long and thirst for what is true and real. Oh would it be that Socrates would have found the real Truth. He thought he could not find it in this world, but if it were that he had met the True and Living God, then he would have changed his whole philosophy. Plato would have been even a greater revolution, and Aristotle would have been keen in the Ways of Truth. And then what unspeakable ways would the world have inherited from these men? Yet, we stand here and we still long for God, the One True God.
Come God, Come. I'm ready and I come to you. I long for you and I do not care what anyone else thinks. So great are your ways that no one can tell what you are up to. No one knows what you will do next, unless you reveal it to them. What great paradox are you! You seek to raise the dead and to give the blind sight. You give grace to the humble, and strength to the weary. You care about those that hurt and love them as of no god since the creation. You stand alone, yet you are not created. You are among the creation though you are not the creation. You overcome creation and the desires of the body. Who are you oh God? Even one as I, whom people call "man of God" do not know you. The unworthy one you call worthy. The sinful one you call sinless. The hateful one you call hatless. The fatherless you call your child. Oh God that is worshiped yet not worshiped enough. May you be worshiped in all the earth. Let it not pass you by. Let those who are at work stand in awe of you. Let those who rest bring you praise. Let those who have turned from you gaze upon you. And let the lonely have a friend. Grace and peace and glory are yours forever. Amen!
Sorry I got carried away, but would this be your prayer? To really seek and find something real? I hope so.

Here is one of the most cool quotes that I have read in a long time...

Evangelism is...one beggar telling another beggar where to get food. The Christian does not offer out of his bounty. He has no bounty. He is simply a guest at his Master's table and, as evengelist, he calls others too.
